Nahid Islam said that the government will provide maximum medical treatment to those injured in the attack on Tanti Bazar Puja Mandap in the capital and bear all the expenses of their treatment. Besides, the government will also provide exemplary punishment by bringing those involved in this attack under the law as soon as possible.

The advisor said these things at Sir Salimullah Medical College Mitford Hospital to see the injured in the attack by miscreants at Tanti Bazar Puja Mandap in the capital on Friday (October 11, 2024 AD).

The advisor said miscreants are trying to sabotage Durga Puja in various ways. But the government will not give them any chance to sabotage. He also said that the culprits will be arrested and punished as soon as possible. The government wants to set up an example so that no one dares to do such an incident in the future. He then visited the capital’s Tanti Bazar Puja Mandap. Note that on Friday (October 11, 2024 AD), some miscreants tried to throw glass bottles at Tanti Bazar Puja Mandapam in the capital.

When the locals chased the glass bottle thrower, they ran away after stabbing him with knives. Several people were injured and admitted to Mitford Hospital.
