Indian Assistant High Commissioner visited the temple at Chapainawabganj

On the occasion of Durga Puja, the biggest puja of Sanatan religions, Indian Assistant High Commissioner Manoj Kumar visited various temples and temples in Chapainawabganj.

On Saturday (October 12, 2024 AD) from morning to noon, he visited Charjot Pratap Durgamata Thakurani Mandir in Shibatala Karmakar Para of Chapainawabganj Municipal Area, Chapainawabganj Sarvajanin Durga Temple at Walton Cross and Barogharia Baish Putul Puja Mandap. At this time, Charjot Pratap Durgamata Thakurani Mandir Director Vasudev Nandi and Ajit Das welcomed him with flowers. And the four sides of the temple are resounding with the hooting of the devotees.

Later Assistant High Commissioner Manoj Kumar offered floral tributes to Goddess Durga after worshiping with the help of Thakur Sameer Chakraborty. At that time, the president of the puja celebration committee Roni Nandi, general secretary Radha Vallabh Karmakar and devotees were present. After visiting the Charjot Pratap Durgamata Thakurani Temple, the Indian Assistant High Commissioner visited Barogharia Bish Putul Puja Mandap and Chapainawabganj Sarvajanin Durga Temple.
